Salesforce Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects across:

    Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)

  Manage integrations with core business systems (ERP exposure highly desirable)

  Drive timelines, budgets, governance and risk management

  Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and third-party partners

  Ensure strong user adoption and change management

Essential Requirements

• 
  
  MUST have experience within a SaaS business
• 
  
  Proven delivery of Salesforce programmes across Sales, Service, CPQ and Pardot
• 
  
  Strong stakeholder management experience
• 
  
  Experience working with distributed teams

• 
  
  Bonus if have exposure to netsuite

• Design, develop, and maintain test plans, automation frameworks, and scripts
• Execute manual and automated testing for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
• Analyse, prioritise, and resolve defects with developers and stakeholders
• Maintain test documentation, metrics, and quality standards
• Lead UAT sessions and support stakeholder workshops
• Continuously improve QA processes in an Agile environment

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or related field
• Strong Salesforce knowledge (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud) in finance or regulated sectors
• Proven experience in QA, test automation, and CRM platforms
• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills

• Salesforce certifications
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Gearset, GitHub, or similar tools

• 3+ years' experience in Salesforce development
• LWC & Aura experience is mandatory
• Extensive Sales Cloud & Service Cloud experience
• Consultancy experience is preferred but not mandatory

• Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
• Location: Remote
• Projects: Multiple concurrent Salesforce implementations
• Progression: Clear pathway into Senior Project Manager and beyond

• Managing end to end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
  * Creating clear project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
  * Leading cross functional teams and working closely with Delivery and Resourcing to ensure the right people are in place
  * Acting as the main point of contact for customers, providing regular updates and building strong long term relationships
  * Monitoring project health, managing risks, and handling scope changes through structured change processes
  * Ensuring projects are set up and tracked effectively across tools like Jira and Salesforce
  * Supporting user adoption and helping customers realise the full value of their Salesforce solutions

• Experience delivering projects, ideally within a Salesforce or technology consulting environment
  * Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
  * Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining high attention to detail
  * A structured and organised approach to project delivery, with strong time management
  * Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross functional teams
  * A proactive mindset, someone who can identify challenges early and help drive solutions

• Act as a hands-on coach, guiding teams toward consistent success across client management, project management, solution design, and delivery best practice.
• Ensure teams follow company standards, policies, and procedures to deliver high-quality work.
• Maintain delivery goals for on-time, on-budget, and to-spec outputs across the entire project portfolio.
• Manage project budgets and have authority over hiring decisions, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Own the client relationship, serving as the primary escalation point for both the delivery team and client stakeholders.
• Partner with the Resource Manager to ensure appropriate capacity planning and staffing.
• Support Sales with scoping, effort estimation, and solution shaping during the pre-sales process.
• Identify, nurture, and build additional opportunities through strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with Account Management to expand and cultivate revenue opportunities

• 3+ years Salesforce consulting experience, including requirements scoping, solution design, and project estimation.
• Experience in resource management, including staffing, utilisation, and capacity planning.
• Strong background in project management and/or the sale of professional services projects.
• Knowledge of implementation project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid
• approaches).
• Experience with budget creation, management, and revision.
• Strong process mindset, ability to document, analyse, and recommend process improvements.
• An outgoing, engaging communicator who can build strong relationships at all levels of an organisation.
