    Position Overview
    • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software project management, particularly in the healthcare sector, and possess a forward-thinking mindset to drive and implement effective solutions for our clients.



    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned projects.
    • Plan, resource, coordinate, and supervise functional and organic analysis, as well as software development and implementation.
    • Provide technical leadership for project teams.
    • Translate client requirements into technical specifications and initial software design.
    • Address technical issues that arise during projects and ensure software quality.
    • Plan and monitor project progress.
    • Set project objectives and deadlines.
    • Lead project teams, including programmers, analysts, consultants, and external service providers.
    • Assign tasks to team members and monitor their execution.



    Required Qualifications

    Education:

    • Degree in Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent.



    Experience:

    • Minimum a year in leading cloud-based projects (AWS).
    • Proven track record in managing Java application projects.
    • Experience with Front-end applications (Angular).
    • Direct client interaction experience.
    • Agile methodologies (SCRUM) proficiency.
    • Proficient in using Jira.


    Technical Skills:

    • Advanced knowledge of Java, Maven, Spring, JSF, Angular, ApiRest, PLSQL.
    • Experience with continuous integration environments (Sonar, Nexus, Jenkins, Bamboo).
    • Code repository management (git and svn).
    • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and troubleshooting.
    • AWS cloud project experience (desirable).
    • Agile methodologies knowledge.



    Preferred Skills:
    • Database knowledge (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
    • Familiarity with persistence frameworks (MyBatis, Hibernate).
    • Experience with API Manager and Service Bus.
    • Front-end skills (Angular, Angular Material, HTML5, CSS3).
    • Insurance products knowledge.
    • Web performance experience.
