    We are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Consultant in Barcelona, to join the SFMK Cloud team of our client in the pharmaceutical sector.

    Role & Responsibilities
    • Definition of CLC (consumer life cycle) journeys and programs, with a focus on fostering recurrence, cross-selling and advocacy
    • Support the creation of scalable communication and landing pages
    • Setup of the journeys in the marketing automation tool within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    • Create emails with the use of a CMS system (Content Management System)
    • Coordination of the developments on the Marketing Cloud and implementation of journeys Roll out of penalisation through segmentation and dynamic content
    • Coordination of external partner and internal data teams to ensure an optimal data flow
    • Support in the creation of a strong foundation of the marketing automation tool, ensuring scalability
    • Making sure the correct data is received to analyse journey performance
    • Definition of performance dashboard for marketing automation, together with the data team
    • Identify and implement improvements on the current platform setup with internal stakeholders
    • Maintaining the contact data base on Salesforce Marketing Cloud with the relevant attributes

    Buscamos una persona para dar soporte operativo al Titular del Servicio Web E2E en los siguientes aspectos:



    -Evaluación y optimización de los procesos de entrega web: Confirme el enfoque de mejora continua basado en el aprendizaje

    -Apoyar el proceso de onboarding, capacitación y seguimiento de los Socios de Producción

    -Propietario de contenido de recursos internos para Stakeholders (Sharepoint)

    -Colaborar con las partes interesadas para recopilar comentarios y promover la mejora continua

    -Optimización de la Herramienta de Operación de Servicios (Jira)

    -Seguimiento e informes de KPI: genere informes de progreso relacionados con proyectos activos y resultados esperados

    -Soporte funcional cruzado para otros servicios (Creativo, Digital, etc.)



    A quien estamos buscando:



    -Persona motivada y orientada a los detalles dispuesta a aprender y aportar valor al negocio

    -Estudios en Gestión de Proyectos, Marketing, TI o áreas afines a los negocios

    -5 años de experiencia en proyectos web y familiaridad con los procesos de producción de sitios web

    -La experiencia con los procesos de TI y el desarrollo web de Drupal es muy apreciada.

    -Experiencia con herramientas de operación de servicios, específicamente JIRA

    -Inglés C1 y deseo de trabajar en un entorno internacional.

    -Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.

    -El puesto requiere la capacidad de planificar y organizar el trabajo de forma independiente y remota.

    -Mentalidad de trabajo en equipo.

    -El interés en la industria farmacéutica es beneficioso.

    CRM HubSpot Manager

    As a CRM HubSpot Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer relationship management system (HubSpot). You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to develop and execute strategies that improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. Your main goal is to help the organization achieve its sales and revenue targets by leveraging HubSpot's features and functionalities.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement a CRM strategy that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives.
    • Optimize and maintain the HubSpot database to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
    • Build and manage customer segments, workflows, and automations to improve lead conversion, customer retention, and upsell opportunities.
    • Create and monitor dashboards and reports to track the performance of marketing campaigns, sales pipelines, and customer engagement metrics.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted email campaigns, landing pages, and web forms that capture leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
    • Train and support other team members on the effective use of HubSpot, ensuring that they are following best practices and taking full advantage of the system's capabilities.
    • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot updates and features, and proactively suggest new strategies or tactics to enhance our CRM program.


    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in CRM management, preferably in a B2B environment.
    • Experience using HubSpot, including creating workflows, segments, and reports.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • HubSpot Certification is a plus.
