Job description
Responsibilities
Design and optimize automated customer journeys and targeted campaigns across various CRM channels, including email, push notifications, SMS, and more, to enhance customer conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
Collaborate closely with a senior marketing leader to develop a messaging strategy that boosts customer activation, engagement, and retention through a mix of triggered, targeted, and promotional campaigns.
Innovate messaging approaches for activation programs aimed at engaging paid leads.
Analyze customer cohort data to identify trends, understand customer behavior, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams to align on project goals.
Lead the execution of email and mobile marketing initiatives in partnership with the brand team to create high-quality content.
Work with business intelligence teams to define key performance metrics for lifecycle programs and iterate on strategies for improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
Over 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing.
Demonstrated expertise in creating end-to-end email campaigns with a solid understanding of best practices in email and mobile marketing (including push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS).
Proven experience in building multi-channel customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Skilled in conducting A/B testing and translating results into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Experience in healthcare marketing is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on enhancing the user experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
