    Responsibilities

    SFDC Developer CPQ, 180k+ bonus, fully remote



    We are looking for a Salesforce CPQ developer with over 3+years working on CPQ. This person will work on both CPQ, LWC, and more. This is part of the growing business systems team and the role will grow to help build out a solid team of developers and admins.



    This is an in-house, fully remote position for US Citizens and Green Card Holders only. No C2C.

    • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals
    • Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements
    • Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
    • Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully
    • Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances
    • Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow
    • Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development and operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance








    Requirements:
    • 3+ years technical CPQ Experience (Certification Desired)

While working this role, you would work on one or two large CPQ projects at a time. As a CPQ Consultant, you will work to gather solution design requirements and provide consulting services to our clients.     Roles & Responsibilities
    • Configure Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet client-facing requirements through design, configuration, and testing activities
    • Lead requirement gathering workshops, site visits, and functional design discussions in a client facing and virtual capacity
    • Incorporate CPQ best practices to perform data-gap analysis to identify friction areas with clients, to then work with internal delivery team to design solutions
    • Has strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ to clearly communicate the capabilities and limitations encountered to customers
    • Present implementation options to both a C-level audience and technical teams.
    • Help facilitate and lead discovery workshops that provide solution presentations and prototype demos to client's businesses and IT teams

    An industry leading enduser is adding an experienced Snr Salesforce Administrator to their team. This position will work closely with Project managers, BAs, and Jr Admins to tackle projects, while also interfacing directly with business leaders to gather requirements and map solutions.

    The Salesforce Administrator position requires a candidate with strong business acumen and the talent to be part of a team supporting user groups and business improvement initiatives for an enterprise level CRM system.

    Responsibilities:
    • Management of enterprise-wide system and data (customer related objects, products, users, workflows, validation rules etc.)
    • Administer Salesforce.com; this includes working within current processes to maintain: users, roles, security, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, customizations, report and dashboard development, data management, and support for AppExchange applications.
    • Deliver scalable, high quality Salesforce services in support of the business goals
    • Conduct analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise-wide system(s) across functional areas
