    Salesforce Technical Consultant

    My client works with some of the world's largest brands, in some of the most interesting and complex projects posed in modern IT. The Salesforce Delivery Unit is one of the fastest growing areas in Denmark and focuses on helping clients achieve business value through the use of Salesforce.com.

    You'll be working across a wide spectrum of industry sectors, from Consumer Products, Medical to Telecommunications and Renewable Energy. You'll be working with our clients to transform their business using the Salesforce.com platform supported by the one of the largest eco system of Salesforce apps. You'll experience variety, some days you could be working with the client to understand their business requirements, and on others you may start building a proof of concept with a development team moving onto developing the final solution that will be used by thousands of end users.

    Your daily duties:


    • Work closely with the teams functional consultants to understand clients business requirements and to deliver technical solutions


    • You'll be confident building solutions as part of an agile team using declarative tools, backed by Salesforce Lightning and Apex - you will be supported with training and certifications to evolve your skills into hands on technical abilities using Apex/LWC/Aura


    • You'll be using Salesforce apps from the extensive eco system to quickly plug in new functionality for our clients such as digital signature capture or artificial intelligence


    • Our technical consultants also spend time face to face with our clients so we'll help to develop your professional communication. presentation and design thinking capabilities


    Your Skills:


    • Salesforce technical experience covering on or more of the main clouds, Sales, Service, Communities and other core clouds


    • Experience with working on large complex end user or client projects involving several hundred Salesforce users


    • Certified to Salesforce Administrator (ADM201), Platform Developer (PD1) and at least one Consultant certification as a minimum and evidence of progressing for further certification or Trailhead Superbadges


    • Experience of agile project delivery and working as part of a team of highly skilled Salesforce developers


    • Proven experience taking highly conceptual business needs and/or user stories and translate these into a solution that can be effectively implemented


    • Proven ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, issues, concepts and solutions to clients and executive project stakeholders


    • Experience working and integrating 3rd party delivery partners and AppExchange vendors is a plus e.g. Apptus, Mulesoft, Cloudsense, etc.
    • English speaking and located in the EU

    Role & Responsibilities
    • Undertake business impact assessments to highlight process changes
    • Gather and document functional requirements
    • Provide functional consultancy on Salesforce features aligned to customer's business needs
    • Comfortable in running workshop sessions with customer personnel who range from Exec to Operational level
    • Carry out Salesforce configuration in line with requirements
    • Perform Quality Assurance checks for Salesforce Implementations
    • Improve, develop and share best practices with team members
    • Evolve methods & tools to increase delivery efficiency
    • Work closely with Support and Product Teams



    Skills & Qualifications
    • Salesforce Certifications are not required but are a plus
    • Experience working in a consultancy environment
    • Clear and concise written and spoken English - Danish is a plus
    • Able to delegate and coordinate with offshore technical teams and internal support

    The Role:

    The Practice Lead will be responsible for managing and working with the services/delivery organization to ensure that customers are provided full lifecycle support - from pre-sales to implementation through ongoing support. You will provide strategic direction and operational management on a day-to-day basis to ensure that the services business is organized, and executed to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness to positively impact customer revenue, retention, growth and satisfaction.

    The Practice Lead must understand the functional aspect of the underlying technology to effectively lead and direct the services team on how we can better serve the needs of prospects and customers.

    Responsibilities:
    • Define, develop and implement the partnering model and relevant processes.
    • Manage the key business metrics.
    • Customer Satisfaction.
    • Manage and Define Revenue and profitability models for the Application (SFMC etc.) service.
    • Provide industry insight and customer service best practices based on experience.
    • Direct the Services organization to adopt key global processes and procedures.
    • Provide ongoing customer-driven feedback and input to help inform the product roadmap.
    • Ensure that all aspects of customers' initiatives are understood, communicated, and on-track.
    • Ensure all key Atcore deliverables meet customer standards, acting as a steward of quality and responsiveness.
    • Establish a trusting relationship with customers and partners at senior levels.
    • Understand the customer business environment in all major regions; understand key business drivers across relevant industries, and how to help make our clients successful at a business level.


    Requirements:
    • Extensive experience as a delivery lead
    • Customer minded mentality
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
    • Full professional written and spoken English is essential
