    We're seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This hybrid position requires a seasoned professional with deep Salesforce development and administration experience.     Key Responsibilities:


    • Lead the design, development, and implementation of customized solutions on the Salesforce.com platform


    • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices


    • Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components


    • Manage integrations with third-party applications and internal systems

    Required Qualifications:


    • 7+ years of Salesforce.com development and implementation experience using Agile methodologies


    • Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community, Analytics, and the Force.com platform


    • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration and declarative development (e.g., workflows, approval processes, role hierarchy, security settings)


    • 7+ years of hands-on development experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL


    • 2+ years of experience developing with Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC)


    • Proficiency with Salesforce development tools including VS Code, Developer Console, GitHub/Bitbucket, Data Loader, and Workbench
