    The Role

    You will work with a team of Consultants, Architects, and Developers on 3-6 month projects. As a Sr. Consultant, you will help lead projects from requirements gathering to Go-Live. Part of the job includes working directly with clients to ensure implementation of best practices, and mentoring/coaching Jr. Consultants throughout implementation.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    Leading discovery calls with the client, gathering project requirements, and architecting solutions.

    Oversee ongoing communications with clients, review timelines, the scope of the project, budgets, and updates.

    Guiding and mentoring junior talent throughout the project duration.

    Facilitating group cohesion, knowledge sharing, customer success, and accurate project delivery.

    Assisting end-users through testing, enhancement, and further declarative development

    To be a good fit for this role you should have the following experience:

    Client-facing experience, multiple end-to-end Salesforce.com implementations, various Salesforce Certifications, comfortable configuring Salesforce.com building flows and workflows, exposure to various Clouds, and working alongside multiple team members.

    An industry leading end user is adding an experienced Salesforce Administrator to their team. This position will work closely with a SFDC Developer and JR SFDC analysts to tackle projects, while also interfacing directly with business leaders to gather requirements and map solutions.

    The Salesforce Administrator position requires a candidate with strong business acumen and the talent to be part of a team supporting user groups and business improvement initiatives for an enterprise level CRM system.

    Responsibilities:
    • Management of enterprise-wide system and data (customer related objects, products, users, workflows, validation rules etc.)
    • Administer Salesforce.com; this includes working within current processes to maintain: users, roles, security, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, customizations, report and dashboard development, data management, and support for AppExchange applications.
