    Salesforce Product Manager | Sheffield | Hybrid | £77,000

    Are you an experienced Salesforce professional in the North of England?

    An established, customer-focused organisation is looking to hire a Salesforce Product Manager to take ownership of its Service Cloud platform and wider Salesforce ecosystem. If you have any Salesforce management experience, do not hesitate to apply.

    Location: Sheffield (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
    Salary: £77,000

    The Role

    You will be responsible for shaping and evolving the Salesforce platform to support customer service operations at scale, ensuring it delivers measurable value across the business.

    The role focuses on:
    * Owning and developing the Salesforce product roadmap
    * Driving efficiency, automation, and customer experience improvements
    * Ensuring the platform is optimised, scalable, and aligned to business goals
    * Working with stakeholders to translate strategy into impactful solutions

    This is a role with real ownership, offering the opportunity to influence platform direction, introduce innovation, and deliver meaningful change rather than simply maintain existing systems.

    Key Areas of Responsibility
    • Managing and evolving Salesforce Service Cloud and related capabilities
      * Defining and delivering a clear product roadmap aligned to business priorities
      * Designing and optimising processes, automation, and customer journeys
      * Collaborating with technical teams, stakeholders, and third-party partners
      * Using data and insight to guide product decisions and improvements
      * Ensuring platform performance, adoption, and continuous enhancement


    Required Experience

    Candidates must have:
    * Strong, hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
    * A background managing within Salesforce (Could be product owner/product manager/salesforce manager/senior admin)
    * Experience working with data, reporting, and performance metrics
    * The ability to influence and engage multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams
