    Salesforce Technical Architect - Hybrid w/ Travel to Florida - $180,000

    Job Description:

    Show off your skills and knowledge by being the go-to Salesforce team member. Work collaboratively with internal business partners to gather requirements and configure and extend the Salesforce application based on business needs within an agile environment. Be ready to bring your Apex coding/development experience with the Salesforce platform and be able to leverage the Salesforce-provided Application Programming Interface.


    Responsibilities:
    • Perform hands-on technical Salesforce development and implementations
    • Delivering functional solutions
    • Collect & analyze business requirements to then translate into custom solutions
    • Work with client teams in supporting the live application and perform hand-off and knowledge transfer activities, positioning our clients for long-term success
    • Lead complex Data Migrations
    • Help guide, train, and mentor junior team members



    Skills and Qualifications:
    • 6+ years of Salesforce experience
    • 3+ years of Salesforce Architect experience
    • Expertise with Salesforce platform programming languages - Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components
    • Experience with declarative Force.com development tools such as Lightning Flows, Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder, etc

    Job Summary

    Our client is looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead/Architect to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a great team while supporting U.S. Custom and Border Protection.



    Responsibilities

    Provide hands on design leadership in large or complex development projects involving application development, migrations, integrations, enhancements to existing applications.
    Assess and develop high level design requirements and communicate the same with development teams. Assess detailed specifications against design requirements.
    Analyze cross-functional business processes, identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches via Salesforce enablement.
    Help build reusable assets for use
    Build and run custom demonstrations and deliver Proof of Concepts (POC) using Salesforce.
    Develop and author technical business solutions, product presentations, and demonstrations.
    Ensure the
    Salesforce.com technical design aligns to overall enterprise architecture and scales well.
    Produce Architecture/ high level design documents and other artifacts.
    Evaluate possible application performance bottle necks at early stages of the implementation & recommend remedial measures.
    Provide technical leadership and mentoring to a team of Salesforce developers.



    Education and Experience

    Degree in Computer Science or related field
    3+ years professional experience developing solutions using the Salesforce platform.
    Current Salesforce Credentials are preffered; such as "Certified Platform App Builder," "Certified User Experience Designer," "Certified Advanced Administrator," "Certified Platform Developer"



    Required Skills

    Prior experience working as a Salesforce Architect or similar capacity in an enterprise is required.
    Prior experience working with federal government clients.
    Ability to grasp new business process and apply Salesforce platform technology to develop Software Solutions (out of the box and on platform developed solutions).
    Strong experience in Salesforce implementation for full life-cycle enterprise software projects.
    Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
    Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills.



    Desired Skills

    Salesforce Designer and Architecture certifications



    Security Clearance

    Candidate must be eligible for a DHS (CBP) Security Clearance.
    US Citizenship required.
    Current clearance highly preferred.
