    Compensation: $120K-$150K base + double OTE

    Overview:
    A global technology consulting organization is seeking a Salesforce Account Executive to support continued growth within its Salesforce practice. The firm delivers end-to-end Salesforce services, helping organizations modernize customer platforms, streamline operations, and drive measurable business outcomes.

    This role is focused on generating new revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing Salesforce-related services opportunities. You will work closely with delivery and technical teams to align client needs with high-value Salesforce solutions.

    Role Summary:
    The Salesforce Account Executive will own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through close, building trusted relationships with stakeholders and positioning Salesforce-based consulting and implementation services. This is a quota-carrying role with direct impact on growth.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Build and manage a pipeline of Salesforce services opportunities across assigned accounts


    • Drive the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, and close


    • Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to design client-specific solutions


    • Articulate the value of Salesforce consulting, implementation, integration, and advanced capabilities


    • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and CRM hygiene


    • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets


    Qualifications:


    • Demonstrated success selling enterprise SaaS or Salesforce-related services


    • Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms and how they support business objectives


    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills

    Job description





    Role Summary
    Lead the technical design and delivery of enhancements to the commercial lending platform (nCino), partnering with business and IT teams to execute scalable, secure solutions in a regulated banking environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead end‑to‑end technical delivery for nCino enhancements, including configuration, custom development, integrations, security, vendor coordination, and production migration.
    • Serve as technical authority during discovery and refinement, advising on feasibility, risks, and solution design.
    • Mentor and support junior developers through task breakdown, code reviews, training, and escalation support.
    • Own complex, business‑critical development work and establish standards for code quality, architecture, and best practices.
    • Provide level‑of‑effort estimates and make final technical decisions when implementation tradeoffs arise.
    • Partner with product owners to manage backlog health, address technical debt, and participate in Agile ceremonies.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced platform issues; track vendor releases and evolving platform capabilities.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards.


    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 8+ years of software development and/or business application administration experience.
    • 3+ years administering nCino
    • 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role.
    • Experience owning product roadmaps, releases, risk management, and full SDLC delivery.
    • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to business and executive stakeholders.


    Preferred Experience
    • Cloud‑based commercial lending platforms, workflow/BPM tools, and regulated environments.
    • Agile / Scrum / SDLC methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.).
    • Apex, Java, or similar web development languages.
    • Commercial lending operations and vendor‑led development teams.


    Certifications
    • nCino and/or Salesforce Administrator (required or within 6 months of hire).
    • Advanced Salesforce Administrator, nCino Platform Developer, or nCino Commercial Banking certifications (preferred).
