    We are seeking a highly capable Lead Salesforce Administrator / Business Systems Analyst to take ownership of a growing Salesforce environment and drive both strategic and hands-on platform optimization.     Key Responsibilities


    Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions

    Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and technical resources, ensuring alignment on priorities and delivery
    Oversee and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and stakeholder validation

    Drive ongoing platform enhancements through structured backlog management, prioritization, and delivery tracking

    Required Experience & Technical Skills

    Proven experience leading Salesforce Administration efforts within a complex, evolving environment
    Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Experience with a focus on UI/UX optimization
    Hands-on experience with declarative tools including Flow, validation rules, and automation frameworks
    Working knowledge of programmatic capabilities such as Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components is a plus
    Experience supporting integrations and working within API-driven architectures
    Strong reporting and analytics experience, with exposure to BI tools preferred
