    Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst - Remote



    Up to 135k plus bonus!

    A qualified Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst will be tasked with facilitating requirements development sessions to gain an understanding of our customer's current state processes and technology in the CRM space, and supporting implementation work that follows.

    My client, a world leading information technology consulting firm, is looking for permanent, full-time Salesforce Business Analysts experienced in CPQ. My client is an amazing diverse consulting firm that is large enough to gain great experience, but small enough to avoid becoming "just a number."

    Responsibilities:
    * The FSA will work on-site and remotely with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement
    Salesforce.com.
    * Building a clear requirements development strategy for each customer engagement.
    * Leading discovery workshops, which includes the facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations.
    * Organizing and driving process re-engineering sessions
    * Identifying and creating an inventory customer process pain points and gaps in best practices.
    * Defining Personas.
    * Documenting requirements in User Story format.
    * Performing rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information into technical process components.
    * Performing business process modelling, user experience modeling and basic technical architecture diagramming.
    * Interpreting technical and business strategy roadmaps and applying a detailed technical solution.
    * Building and demonstrating prototypes in Salesforce.
    * Presenting to C Suite level audiences as well as technical teams.
    * Participating and guiding customers through user acceptance test planning and execution
    * Leveraging multiple implementation team types (User experience, Change Management, Global Development Centers, Developer Communities)
    * A strong understanding of Salesforces capabilities and limitations.

    Job description

    As the Salesforce Administrator, you will report to the SVP, Business Operations & Strategy. You will manage Salesforce across the entire organization and work with leadership to deploy new business processes, improve database functionality, and create reports. You will manage the daily configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform.


    This position is 100% remote.

    Responsibilities
    • Work with leadership to create consistent business processes across departments; maintain system and process documentation
    • Experience analyzing and reporting on data flows from third party integrations
    • Build workflows and manage integration and reporting of 3rd party applications in the Salesforce app exchange including DocuSign, ServiceNow, and GainSight
    • Develop reports and dashboards for Mission departments and leadership, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support and Finance
    • Automate tracking of service delivery milestones, invoicing, and contract fulfillment
    • Manage Salesforce administration for Mission users, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups

    • Monitor new Salesforce release features and functionality and ensure optimal performance of Salesforce
    • Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing

    Requirements
    • 5+ years experience as Salesforce Administrator with 2+ years in a cloud computing environment

    • Experience developing custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and processes in Salesforce
    • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems including databases
    • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities

    Brief Summary of Role

    A Technical Architect (TA) designs the key technical components of the solution and helps direct Appirio technical resources to develop and deliver the project deliverables. The TA reduces the overall project technical risk by uncovering design issues early in the project life cycle, shares implementation best practices, and recommends solution alternatives. Additionally, the TA often conducts design/code reviews during major project milestones. The TA will work with customers to understand their business processes and requirements, as well as design, configure and test Salesforce CPQ and Billing in accordance with client requirements. Additionally, knowledge of Contract LifeCycle Management (CLM) with any leading CLM platforms such as DocuSign/SpringCM, Apttus, Conga is a plus.



    Responsibilities
    • Designs and implements business technology solutions focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically, Salesforce CPQ and Billing, and other custom solutions.
    • Serves as subject matter expert around Quote to Cash.
    • Direct involvement and/or oversight of developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing and deployment.

    • Demonstrate knowledge to design and build high-performance technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.


    Education and Required Experience
    • Requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, and/or a related field plus 5 years of experience with Salesforce development or equivalent combination of education and experience 8+ years project experience in a hands-on technical leadership position
    • 10+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
    • Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification and Billing super badge is a must.
    • Experience in other CPQ solutions like Apptus, Big Machines, Callidus, Zuora, ModelN etc is desirable.
    • One or more current Salesforce certifications (Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud
