Mason Frank is currently hiring on behalf of our client for a
Salesforce Mid-Senior Developer with strong expertise in
OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity), particularly OmniScript, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team at our client's organization, where you'll play a key role in developing scalable, industry-specific Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) and a solid foundation in Apex and Lightning development.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio components such as OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and standard configuration tools.
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
Collaborate with QA and UAT teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and resolve issues.
Provide mentorship and code reviews for junior developers as needed.
Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and OmniStudio best practices.
Required Qualifications:
3-6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
2+ years of strong experience in Salesforce OmniStudio / Vlocity development.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining OmniScripts, DataRaptors (Extract, Load, Transform), Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
Strong skills in Apex, SOQL, and LWC.
Familiarity with Salesforce industries data models and best practices.
Experience working with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset).
Salesforce OmniStudio Developer Certification (preferred or must be willing to obtain).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.
Experience with Salesforce Industries (formerly Vlocity) for sectors like Telecommunications, Insurance, or Healthcare.
Background in agile methodologies and participation in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
