    Job description

    Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist - Manchester - up to £50,000

    I am currently working with a growing end user who are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist to join their team and drive the optimisation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud across the business. You will be delivering campaigns across a range of touch points, utilising your strong skill set as a Marketing Cloud professional to develop campaigns with a collaborative, supportive team. The business are looking for a data driven candidate with strong analytical skills.

    As the marketing cloud specialist, you will be managing the build of a range of customer journeys, designing end-to-end personalised communications and delivering multiple campaigns. You will be developing campaigns across the marketing mix, impacting the customer experience as you move them down the purchasing funnel. Technical experience using AMPscript, SQL and HTML will also be required for the role. There will also be an opportunity to build your line management experience, and manage a more junior member of the team.

    Key skills:

    * Experience using a wide range of Marketing Cloud modules such as Email studio, Automation studio, Mobile studio, Journey builder, Content builder.
    * Use of HTML, SQL and AMPscript.
    * Building out the Marketing Automation strategy
    * Stakeholder Management
    * Campaign reporting
    * Requirements Gathering

    Internal Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect - Remote / Oslo

    Our client, a global giant in the travel industry and an expert in sustainability, are looking to strengthen their Salesforce team with the addition of a Marketing Cloud Architect to lead and develop a strong internal team of Salesforce Marketing Consultants.

    With a strong local presence in Oslo and offices located across Europe, there are plenty of opportunities for travel and working across different IT Hubs, but day to day you will be based remotely or in one of the IT hubs, the choice is yours!

    You will be working alongside an experienced team of Salesforce professionals as you play a leading position in this global transformation project.

    • Numerous years' experience of working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Certifications are beneficial.
    • The ability to scope and define custom development in SFMC
    • Experience in the conception and support of large applications and software projects
    • Some technical understanding of script languages, database concepts and SQL.
    • You will possess a high level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
    • The ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
    • English fluency

    • Design, develop and deliver the implementation and support projects based on SFMC.
    • Develop and strengthen existing relationships with key stakeholders
    • Responsibility for process design, customer journeys, configuration, testing and training through sprints workshops.
