    The Role



    As a Senior Campaign Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You'll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to translate business goals into highly personalized customer journeys.

    You'll focus on the technical build of campaigns, including scripting, automations, and API integrations, helping to drive smarter, more effective customer communication.

    What You'll Be Doing:



    • Develop complex, data-driven campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.


    • Build personalized content using AMPScript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).


    • Set up automations and integrate data across platforms.


    • Collaborate with campaign managers, designers, and CRM specialists to deliver seamless customer journeys.


    • Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve campaign performance.


    • Support with technical documentation and advise on best practices.

    What You Bring:



    • Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer.


    • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with AMPScript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).


    • Comfortable working with data extensions, SQL queries, and Marketing Cloud APIs.


    • Ability to translate campaign concepts into robust technical solutions.


    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


    • Fluent in English (Dutch is not required).

    Bonus Points:



    • Experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio.


    • Familiarity with API integrations between Salesforce and other platforms.

    Salesforce Application Manager



    Location: Den Bosch, Netherlands (onsite 3-5 days per week)



    We're supporting an international organisation that runs large-scale customer programmes across Europe. To strengthen their Salesforce team, they're looking for a motivated Salesforce Application Manager to take ownership of their Salesforce environment and help drive continuous improvement.

    What you'll be doing:



    • Configure and maintain Salesforce, including flows, automation, and declarative development.


    • Debug and resolve data-related issues raised by the business.


    • Challenge and optimise internal processes using Salesforce capabilities.


    • Support integrations with systems such as Slack, Tableau, and ERP (Certinia/FinancialForce experience is a strong advantage).


    • Collaborate closely with IT colleagues, including developers, scrum master, QA, and Azure specialists.


    What we're looking for:



    • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.


    • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, flows, and automation.


    • Problem-solving mindset with experience debugging and resolving system issues.


    • Experience with Certinia/FinancialForce ERP highly preferred (especially supply chain module).


    • Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable in an international environment.
