Marketing & Demand Generation Manager (Salesforce Consulting)



We're seeking a marketing-focused professional to lead demand generation initiatives and work closely with sales to drive qualified pipeline. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, optimization, and strong alignment with revenue teams.

Role Overview



You will plan, execute, and optimize marketing programs that support inbound and outbound sales efforts. Success in this role means generating sales-ready leads, maintaining clean data in Salesforce, and partnering closely with sales on targeting, messaging, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities



  • Execute marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth


  • Partner closely with sales and SDR teams to align on target accounts, messaging, and follow-up strategy


  • Manage outbound and inbound initiatives, including email campaigns, ABM plays, and content-driven programs


  • Build and maintain targeted account and contact lists using Apollo, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator


  • Configure and manage Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), including engagement programs, automation rules, and lead nurturing


  • Own lead lifecycle management, scoring, grading, and data quality within Salesforce


  • Track and report on campaign performance, lead conversion, and marketing ROI using Salesforce dashboards and reports

Qualifications



  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B marketing or demand generation


  • Prior experience at a Salesforce Partner, Salesforce consulting firm, or Salesforce ISV is strongly preferred


  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment in a services or SaaS environment


  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns and lead flows within Salesforce


  • Data-driven mindset with comfort owning performance metrics


  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist is a plus

Compensation: $120K-$150K base + double OTE

Overview:
A global technology consulting organization is seeking a Salesforce Account Executive to support continued growth within its Salesforce practice. The firm delivers end-to-end Salesforce services, helping organizations modernize customer platforms, streamline operations, and drive measurable business outcomes.

This role is focused on generating new revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing Salesforce-related services opportunities. You will work closely with delivery and technical teams to align client needs with high-value Salesforce solutions.

Role Summary:
The Salesforce Account Executive will own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through close, building trusted relationships with stakeholders and positioning Salesforce-based consulting and implementation services. This is a quota-carrying role with direct impact on growth.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and manage a pipeline of Salesforce services opportunities across assigned accounts


  • Drive the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, and close


  • Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to design client-specific solutions


  • Articulate the value of Salesforce consulting, implementation, integration, and advanced capabilities


  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
