About the Company

Mason Frank International is in collaboration with our client, a globally known software engineering company. We're looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant who has worked in the healthcare industry, has technical expertise within the Salesforce ecosystem, and also knows how to collaborate with clients and stakeholders effectively.

It is a remote position and you will be working with US-based clients (working hours are dependent on their time zone), so anyone in Canada can apply.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, specifically within the healthcare sector.
• Customize Salesforce applications to align with healthcare standards and best practices, including FHIR and payer/provider data integration.
• Ensure seamless integration and exchange of healthcare data across different systems using Salesforce.
• Work with stakeholders to define and implement data interoperability solutions that improve patient care and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data sharing processes and improve accuracy and timeliness of information exchange.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or similar role, with a focus on healthcare.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare data interoperability, FHIR standards, and payer/provider data integration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, specifically Health Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce customization, including workflows, process builder, and custom objects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
