Deine Rolle

In dieser Position übernimmst du die Verantwortung für innovative Projekte im Salesforce-Umfeld - von der ersten Idee über die technische Umsetzung bis hin zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung.
Du arbeitest eng mit Kund:innen aus unterschiedlichen Branchen zusammen und bringst dein Know-how in cross-funktionale Teams ein.

Deine Aufgaben

• Gestaltung und Umsetzung wirkungsvoller, datengetriebener Customer Journeys über verschiedene Kanäle hinweg
• Entwicklung skalierbarer Marketinglösungen mit Schwerpunkt auf Salesforce Marketing Cloud und Data Cloud
• Technische Verantwortung bei der Implementierung von Marketing-Automation-Prozessen - in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Admins, Architekt:innen und Entwickler:innen
• Nutzung der Data Cloud zur Echtzeit-Segmentierung, Datenaktivierung und zielgerichteten Kampagnensteuerung
• Beratung von Kunden bei Strategieentwicklung, Use-Case-Definition und praktischer Umsetzung - von klassischem CRM bis hin zu automatisierter, datenbasierter Kundenkommunikation

Dein Profil

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung mit Salesforce, idealerweise mit starkem Fokus auf Marketing Cloud und Data Cloud
• Relevante Salesforce Zertifizierungen wie z. B. Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer oder Data Cloud Consultant
• Strategisches Denken kombiniert mit technischem Verständnis und Begeisterung für zielgerichtete, personalisierte Kommunikation
• Souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Stakeholdern sowie Freude an der Arbeit in interdisziplinären Teams

Salesforce Consultant | 6-Month Contract | £500/Day | Outside IR35 | Remote

You will be joining a large-scale organisation undergoing a major Salesforce transformation to enhance its impact in the non-profit sector. This is a greenfield implementation project where your expertise will support the orgainsation streamline its sponsorships, donations, and fundraising.

As a Salesforce Consultant, you'll lead discovery sessions, gather and translate requirements from stakeholders across departments, and configure the platform to support fundraising, service delivery, and community engagement. You'll also support integrations with third-party tools and ensure the system rollout is smooth and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design for a non-profit Salesforce transformation

What You'll Do

What You Bring

  Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including designing and building solutions for nonprofits using NPSP or Nonprofit Cloud.

  Strong knowledge of platform capabilities: declarative automation, Apex/LWC, security, API integrations, and data modeling.

  Prior experience leading technical delivery on implementation or transformation projects within nonprofits or human services preferred.

  Excellent communication and facilitation skills-able to guide clients through complex decisions with clarity and confidence.

  Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern SDLC practices.
