    Job Overview:



    As a Salesforce Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining Salesforce training programs across various teams. You'll ensure that users at all levels can effectively utilize Salesforce features, follow best practices, and adopt new tools or processes introduced within the platform.

    Key Responsibilities:



    • Develop and deliver training materials tailored for users at beginner to advanced levels


    • Conduct live virtual training sessions and workshops using Zoom, Teams, or similar platforms


    • Create user guides, video tutorials, and other self-paced learning resources


    • Partner with stakeholders and Salesforce admins to identify training needs and customize content


    • Offer one-on-one coaching and support when necessary


    • Track training effectiveness and improve content based on feedback


    • Stay updated on new Salesforce features and releases to incorporate into training

    Required Qualifications:



    • 3+ years of experience training end users and/or administrators on the Salesforce platform


    • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Marketing Cloud is a plus)


    • Experience creating and delivering virtual training content


    • Excellent communication and presentation skills


    • Proficiency with tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, LMS platforms, and video recording tools


    • Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder) strongly preferred

    The Day To Day



    In this role, you will own and lead the architecture, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
