    Mason Frank International has partnered with a leading company in the real estate industry that is currently undertaking a significant Salesforce implementation project, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

    We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to play a critical role in the design, configuration, and successful delivery of this key phase of the project.

    Role Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
    • Design and implement scalable solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
    • Configure Salesforce features such as workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
    • Participate in workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and provide expert advice on Salesforce capabilities.
    • Deliver documentation and end-user training as required.
    • Ensure best practices are followed across the platform.


    Job Requirements:
    • Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, with hands-on project delivery.
    • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
    • Experience in designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions tailored to business requirements.
    • Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration tools (e.g., APIs, middleware, AppExchange solutions).
    • Ability to work independently and manage client expectations effectively.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Real estate or property industry experience is advantageous but not required.

    The Day To Day

    We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Programme Manager to lead a critical transformation programme for a major retail client, migrating from Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA). The client is already leveraging Sales and Service Cloud, and this programme will complete their move to a fully integrated revenue platform.

    Key Responsibilities



    • Own and manage the end-to-end CPQ to RCA transformation


    • Define programme roadmap, scope, milestones, and risks


    • Lead cross-functional teams and third-party vendors (Salesforce, SIs, etc.)


    • Ensure seamless integration with existing Sales & Service Cloud setup


    • Oversee governance, solution design, testing, and change management


    • Align executive stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Ops, and IT


    • Drive adoption and ensure business readiness across all impacted teams

    Required Skills & Experience
