    Position: Project Engineer
    Location: North Port, FL
    Employment Type: Full-Time

    Overview:
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Project Engineer to support the design, development, and implementation of reverse osmosis and low-pressure membrane systems. This role involves hands-on technical work; cross-functional collaboration; and full-cycle project involvement, from concept to commissioning.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Perform analytical design and specify system components with a focus on engineering precision and problem-solving


    • Create cost estimates and technical proposals for project bids


    • Assist in developing project schedules; coordinate closely with engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders


    • Prepare technical documentation, including P&IDs, equipment layouts, and submittals for procurement


    • Monitor and control project progress, budgets, and timelines


    • Communicate with vendors for quotes; review proposals; and evaluate component cost-effectiveness


    • Write and edit Operations & Maintenance manuals; gather documentation from vendors and subcontractors


    • Collaborate with internal CAD and fabrication teams to finalize detailed fabrication designs


    • Support installation, startup, and testing; provide training for system operators


    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering preferred


    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


    • Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines with close attention to detail


    • Motivated team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset


    Nice to Have:


    • Experience with AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor

    Mulesoft Architect -

    We're seeking a skilled Mulesoft Architect to join a growing team and support enterprise integration efforts across critical systems. This is a high-impact role where you'll help shape integration architecture strategies and drive success in complex digital transformation initiatives.

    Responsibilities:


    • Define and execute integration architecture strategies using Mulesoft and related technologies.


    • Contribute to technical roadmaps that align integration infrastructure with long-term business goals.


    • Support complex customer engagements across various industries, ensuring architectural alignment and technical success.


    • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure integration solutions.


    • Provide mentorship to data engineers and guide best practices for system integration.


    • Assist with Salesforce-related configuration, administration, and data migration tasks.


    • Maintain up-to-date technical certifications and participate in continued skill development.


    Required Experience:


    • 6+ years of hands-on experience developing Mulesoft integrations.


    • 3+ years in a Mulesoft architecture role leading enterprise implementations.


    • 5+ years of full lifecycle technology implementation experience in enterprise environments.


    • 5+ years integrating with Salesforce platforms.


    • Proficiency with performance optimization strategies and Mulesoft vCore management.


    • Flexibility to work across other iPaaS platforms when needed.


    Preferred Skills:


    • Experience with HL7 messaging (especially in healthcare settings).


    • Background in cloud solutions strategy and implementation.


    • Familiarity with XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, and enterprise application integration patterns.


    • Exposure to various delivery methodologies and standards.


    • Working knowledge of APEX, VisualForce, ANT, and Eclipse-based development environments.
