    Job description



    We're seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This hybrid position requires a seasoned professional with deep Salesforce development and administration experience. You'll play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade solutions on the Salesforce platform while mentoring junior developers and partnering with cross-functional teams.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Lead the design, development, and implementation of customized solutions on the Salesforce.com platform


    • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices


    • Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components


    • Manage integrations with third-party applications and internal systems


    • Oversee Salesforce configuration including workflows, validation rules, process builder, security controls, and territory management


    • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure scalable and efficient platform usage


    • Provide guidance on Salesforce development tools and DevOps practices


    • Support and enhance FinancialForce applications including PSA and Revenue Recognition modules


    Required Qualifications:


    • 7+ years of Salesforce.com development and implementation experience using Agile methodologies


    • Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community, Analytics, and the Force.com platform


    • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration and declarative development (e.g., workflows, approval processes, role hierarchy, security settings)


    • 7+ years of hands-on development experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL


    • 2+ years of experience developing with Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC)


    • Proficiency with Salesforce development tools including VS Code, Developer Console, GitHub/Bitbucket, Data Loader, and Workbench


    • Experience implementing and supporting Salesforce AppExchange apps, especially FinancialForce PSA and Revenue Recognition


    Preferred:


    • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Application Architect)


    • Experience leading and mentoring a Salesforce development team


    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DX

    A leading software company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to join their team, specializing in the development of a Salesforce ISV package focused on guided selling and sales engagement. This product is deeply integrated with Salesforce and aims to consolidate sales process automation into a single, intuitive interface.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and deploy features for a Salesforce ISV package, ensuring high quality and adherence to best practices.
    • Take ownership of features across the entire development lifecycle, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
    • Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions within the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on ISV considerations.
    • Apply industry best practices for Salesforce development, writing clean, secure, and maintainable code that is well tested and observable.
    • Implement comprehensive unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure reliability and stability.
    • Proactively identify and address technical debt, refactoring existing code to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
    • Ensure compliance with Salesforce AppExchange security and technical requirements for ISV partners.
    • Build expert-level proficiency with relevant third-party integrations.
    • Identify and advocate for process improvements within the team and organization.
    • Participate in code reviews and respond to feedback.
    • Author technical documentation as needed.
    • Actively manage work in Jira and communicate updates to stakeholders.
    • Be a collaborative and proactive team member.


    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce package development and configuration, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce developer toolkit (Apex classes, web services, controllers, triggers, batch, queueable, schedulers, custom settings, custom metadata, SOQL).
    • Proven experience in developing and deploying Salesforce ISV managed packages, with a deep understanding of package development best practices and limitations.
    • Ability to design and implement complex, scalable, and performant solutions within Salesforce.
    • Excellent understanding of Salesforce governor limits.
    • Working knowledge of data structures and common architectural patterns.
    • Experience with generative AI development tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar).
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote team environment with minimal supervision.
