Key Skills
  • Experience in a marketing automation-focused role, ideally a user of Salesforce and Pardot
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership
  • Proven ability to design and implement lead nurture programmes
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics within Salesforce and Pardot
  • Salesforce certifications are an advantage, but not essential

Digital Marketing Performance & Insights Lead - Hybrid - London



Summary

The organisation that I am working with is a leading provider of consulting services. They're keen on introducing an analytically minded and detail orientated expert to support their digital marketing team. A big part of this role would be to report on ROI on marketing campaigns across channels as well as leveraging data from their website.



The day to day:

A key part of this role would be to collect and consolidate data from web analytics, Pardot marketing automation, and Salesforce CRM to form extensive performance data sets. The day to day would also include ROI reporting for marketing campaign KPIs etc. Focusing on metrics that reflect impact such as lead gen, conversion rates, revenue attribution, and cost per customer acquisition.



Key Skills:
  • Previous experience in a data analytics-focused role, with an emphasis on digital marketing analytics.
  • Experience with Salesforce Analytics, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools such as PowerBI or Tableau is advantageous but not essential.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills, able to present data and insights in a clear, concise manner.

You will bring deep knowledge of email marketing and nurture best practices, staying ahead of evolving tactics that drives clicks. As a HubSpot expert, you will also support broader marketing operations while ensuring every campaign is technically sound and performance focused.

What You Bring
  • Skilled in HubSpot administration, APIs, integrations, and managing enterprise SaaS applications
  • Experienced in data governance, workflow automation, and cross-functional systems (CRM, finance, HR, etc.)
  • Proven team management, vendor coordination, and strong relationship-building across internal and external stakeholders
  • Adept at configuring, maintaining, and optimising applications; strong problem-solving and issue resolution
  • Clear communicator with a strategic mindset, able to manage multiple priorities in evolving environments
