    We are looking for a senior Salesforce Platform Architect to lead the design and implementation of a multi-cloud Salesforce environment.     Responsibilities



    Platform Architecture & Design


    • Lead architectural strategy for Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds and related platforms


    • Develop reusable, high-quality solutions emphasizing configuration-first design principles


    • Maintain reference architectures, reusable components, and data models


    • Make informed technical decisions and review designs from internal and external teams


    • Apply best practices for scalability, performance, data integrity, and maintainability


    Governance & Security


    • Establish and enforce platform-wide standards, naming conventions, and org structures


    • Oversee code quality, technical debt, API usage, and licensing compliance


    • Define security models, including roles, sharing rules, and field-level security


    • Support audit readiness and compliance efforts


    Integration & Data Strategy


    • Architect integrations with ERP, marketing, middleware, and file-transfer systems


    • Ensure robust, auditable data flows in both real-time and batch processes


    • Implement API governance and choose appropriate patterns: synchronous, asynchronous, or event-driven


    Collaboration & Delivery


    • Partner with business and technical teams to evaluate solution options


    • Guide development teams through hands-on mentorship, design reviews, and QA alignment


    • Support vendor selection and evaluation where needed


    Innovation & Roadmap


    • Keep up-to-date with Salesforce platform releases and emerging features


    • Recommend adoption of new technologies such as AI, workflow automation, and low-code solutions


    • Contribute to enterprise architecture discussions and advocate for native Salesforce solutions

    Required Qualifications



    • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, including multi-cloud deployments


    • Strong expertise in configuration, development, and solution design (Flows, Apex, LWC, SOQL)


    • Proven ability to lead development teams while providing hands-on architectural guidance


    • Experience with integration architecture (REST/SOAP, middleware, batch) and choosing sync vs. async/event-driven patterns


    • Solid knowledge of platform governance, org strategy, API limits, licensing, and technical debt management


    • Strong background in security and compliance (role hierarchy, sharing rules, field-level security)

    Preferred Qualifications



    • Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD processes (e.g., Git, Copado)
