    This role is focused on generating new revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing Salesforce-related services opportunities. You will work closely with delivery and technical teams to align client needs with high-value Salesforce solutions.

    Role Summary:
    The Salesforce Account Executive will own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through close, building trusted relationships with stakeholders and positioning Salesforce-based consulting and implementation services. This is a quota-carrying role with direct impact on growth.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Build and manage a pipeline of Salesforce services opportunities across assigned accounts


    • Drive the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, and close


    • Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to design client-specific solutions


    • Articulate the value of Salesforce consulting, implementation, integration, and advanced capabilities

    Salesforce Platform Architect



    We're looking for a seasoned Salesforce Platform Architect to guide the technical vision, solution design, and overall architectural integrity of a large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce environment. This is a blended strategic and hands-on position responsible for creating scalable, secure, configuration-first solutions while establishing and enforcing standards across the platform.     Architecture & Solution Design



    • Lead the design and direction of solutions across several Salesforce Clouds and related systems.

    • Provide final approval on technical designs and ensure consistency with platform strategy.

    • Define and maintain naming conventions, development standards, org strategy, and platform governance guidelines.


    • Monitor platform health, API consumption, performance, and technical debt.


    • Own core security structures (roles, profiles, sharing, access control) and support compliance reviews.


    Integrations & Data Architecture



    • Establish integration patterns and data governance frameworks for systems interacting with Salesforce.


    • Guide decisions on synchronous vs. asynchronous patterns, event-driven flows, and API design.


    • Ensure high-quality, auditable, and well-structured data movement across systems.


    Team Leadership & Delivery Enablement



    • Provide architectural oversight, hands-on design support, and mentoring across internal technical teams.


    • Partner with business and product leaders to evaluate solution options and drive design decisions.


    • Collaborate with QA and DevOps resources to ensure alignment between testing, release processes, and architectural direction.


    • Support assessment of external partners and vendors.

    Required Experience



    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).


    • 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce technical experience with emphasis on architecture, governance, and scalable solution design.


    • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, integration patterns, and API design.


    • Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams in complex Salesforce environments.


    • Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive code reviews and act as the final technical checkpoint for all development work.

    Preferred



    • Salesforce certifications within the Administrator, Developer, or Architect tracks.


    • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps frameworks, and version control.


    • Experience supporting secure integrations or mobile application frameworks.
