    Senior Salesforce Developer



    Full-Time | Remote | EST Hours

    Responsibilities:



    • Lead hands-on configuration and development in Salesforce Health Cloud and Experience Cloud, utilizing Flow, Lightning Component Framework, Apex, and Visualforce.


    • Conduct and oversee code reviews, providing guidance to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.


    • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, well-architected Salesforce solutions.


    • Maintain and optimize the existing Salesforce codebase, identifying opportunities for performance, reliability, and feature enhancements.


    • Serve as a technical escalation point for troubleshooting and resolving critical production issues.


    • Drive architectural and code reviews, championing best practices and the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework across the team.


    • Collaborate with Technical Architects to design scalable system architectures, integration patterns, and development strategies.


    • Stay current on Salesforce platform innovations, maintain certifications, and consistently update Trailhead achievements.


    • Act as a subject matter expert for the organization's Salesforce ecosystem, with deep knowledge of platform configurations and customizations.


    • Define, document, and enforce Salesforce coding and development standards.


    • Mentor junior developers and contribute to building a high-performing development team.


    • Perform other duties as assigned.


    • Must be available to work EST hours, regardless of physical location.

    Required Education, Skills, and Knowledge:



    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.


    • 5+ years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform, with at least 8+ years of total professional development experience.


    • Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Advanced Administrator) strongly preferred.


    • Expertise in Salesforce Lightning Component Framework, Apex, Visualforce, and declarative tools such as Flow and Process Builder.


    • Proven ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.

    Junior Salesforce Developer - Philadelphia, PA - $100-120K

    An established company in the Philadelphia area is looking to add a Junior Salesforce Developer to their team. The right candidate be comfortable in a hybrid Salesforce Administrator (70%)/Developer (30%) role. You should have 3+ years of Salesforce experience and at least 1 year of hands on Development experience with LWC, Apex Triggers, Classes, & Batch Apex.

    This is a hybrid position, so you must be willing to work in office 3x a week.

    We are seeking…
    • 3+ years of Salesforce experience, 1+ years of hands on development experience
    • Ability to take ownership of Salesforce administration functions (e.g. user access & management, support queue monitoring, 3rd party SFDC app support, perform data loads, exports, facilitate daily triage calls, etc.) with a date & customer focused mindset
    • Ability to work closely with the technical lead, project manager and members of the business to understand the requirements, use cases & expectations.
    • Ability to communicate clearly and proactively with other developers and the project manager
    • Proven ability to manage workload, communicate status, and execute on time.
    • Provide production support coverage. Qualifications: * 1 year or more of Salesforce development experience required
    • Experience with both LWC and Aura Components required
    • Experience with Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and SOQL
    • Experience with Javascript, HTML, and CSS
    • Experience with VS Code, sfdx, and git
    • Prior experience with Java or .Net is a plus
    • SFDC certifications are a plus (preferred): Platform Developer I, Platform JavaScript Developer I

    About the Role



    We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Salesforce IT Business Analyst to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving the analysis, design, and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions that meet strategic business objectives. This is a remote role open to candidates based in the United States.

    Key Responsibilities



    Salesforce System Expertise & Support



    • Act as the subject matter expert for all Salesforce systems within the organization.


    • Analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues, supporting the IT service desk by resolving escalated Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets.


    • Ensure service delivery performance and quality align with defined KPIs.


    Business Analysis & Process Optimization



    • Lead workshops and meetings to gather and document business requirements across functional areas.


    • Translate complex business processes into clear, scalable Salesforce solutions.


    • Partner with stakeholders to assess and refine processes, identifying opportunities for automation and system enhancements.


    • Collaborate with development teams to validate that system designs meet both functional and strategic goals.


    Project & Stakeholder Management



    • Lead or support Salesforce-related projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and business goals.


    • Act as a project lead for internal initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and resources.


    • Provide oversight and coordination for vendor-led projects to ensure they remain on track and aligned with internal standards.


    Compliance & Validation Support



    • Support compliance and system validation efforts in coordination with quality and regulatory teams.


    • Assist in preparing documentation such as requirements traceability matrices, test scripts, and risk assessments for validated systems.


    Cross-Functional Collaboration



    • Work across departments-including operations, supply chain, quality, and logistics-to align Salesforce functionality with business needs.


    • Participate in readiness reviews, dry runs, and user training sessions to ensure successful system adoption and deployment.


    • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts, working closely with end users to validate system functionality and ensure satisfaction with delivered features.

    Qualifications



    • 8+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.


    • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and related cloud products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud).


    • Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks, process mapping, and systems design.


    • Experience working in regulated industries (e.g.,Pharma, life sciences, ) needed


    • Proficiency in project documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.


    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.


    • Salesforce certifications (Admin, BA, or Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
