    We are looking for a Delivery Manager who will

    What we're looking for
    • 3+ years Salesforce consulting experience, including requirements scoping, solution design, and project estimation.
    • Experience in resource management, including staffing, utilisation, and capacity planning.
    • Strong background in project management and/or the sale of professional services projects.
    • Knowledge of implementation project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid
    • approaches).
    • Experience with budget creation, management, and revision.
    • Strong process mindset, ability to document, analyse, and recommend process improvements.
    • An outgoing, engaging communicator who can build strong relationships at all levels of an organisation.

    About the Role



    We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join a growing software business based in London. This is a fully remote role open to candidates across the UK.

    You will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects across Sales, Service, CPQ and Marketing functions. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will ensure the successful implementation, optimisation and ongoing enhancement of our Salesforce ecosystem.

    This role requires prior experience within a SaaS organisation and a strong understanding of subscription-based business models.

    Key Responsibilities



    • Lead the full lifecycle delivery of Salesforce projects from discovery through to deployment and optimisation


    • Manage cross-functional projects across Sales, Customer Service, CPQ and Marketing teams


    • Own project plans, timelines, budgets and risk management
