    Job Description:
    We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our clients team in Atlanta, GA. This hybrid role will primarily support our existing Salesforce landscapes by ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining best practices across the platform. The Salesforce Admin will focus on administration, configuration, and user support to ensure that Salesforce is running efficiently and meets the evolving needs of the business.

    Job Duties:
    • Administer and maintain Salesforce environment, ensuring smooth operation and user support.
    • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and other basic configurations to meet business requirements.
    • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing user support to resolve problems.
    • Create, update, and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
    • Implement validation rules and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
    • Work with senior Salesforce administrators to expand knowledge and skills.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide user support and resolve basic functionality issues within Salesforce.
    • Manage and maintain Salesforce data, ensuring its accuracy and consistency.
    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards tailored to business needs.
    • Perform page layout updates and other Salesforce configuration tasks.
    • Collaborate with senior administrators for continued learning and growth in Salesforce best practices.


    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience with Salesforce administration, including creating reports, dashboards, and validation rules.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, page layouts).
    • Ability to troubleshoot issues and apply best practices in Salesforce.
    • Willingness to work closely with senior admins for knowledge sharing and skill development.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


    Preferred:
    • Salesforce Admin Certification is needed

    We're seeking an experienced professional to manage and streamline the release process for Salesforce environments.     • Strong familiarity with Salesforce architecture and deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, Salesforce DX, Gearset, Copado, ANT).


    • Experience working with version control and branching strategies (e.g., Git, Bitbucket).


    • Understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle, including sandboxes and environment management.


    • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple releases in parallel.


    • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.


    • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
