    Salesforce Solutions Architect



    We are seeking an individual comfortable taking on a technical leadership role, wherein they will have the authority to drive projects from concept to final product delivery. This role involves providing hands-on technical expertise while offering guidance and direction to team members.

    Responsibilities:
    • Oversee technical architecture, detailed design, and development on the Salesforce platform, both in a hands-on capacity and as a subject matter expert.
    • Lead application design and development throughout the entire lifecycle, from inception to production.
    • Define and implement technological architecture and roadmaps using Salesforce.com products and best practices to enhance development agility, performance, and security.
    • Create, configure, code, and architect large-scale Salesforce.com solutions, ensuring successful outcomes in complex environments.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams to grasp current requirements, identify desired process models, and establish solution architecture.
    • Coach and mentor both senior and junior developers and other technical team members. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and security. Lead, facilitate, and offer technical expertise and guidance for the integration of complementary digital solutions.
    • Contribute to architectural project plans to secure approval for detailed plans and required resources.
    • Perform impact analysis on change requests to guide teams toward appropriate solutions with minimal disruption to end users, development, and testing teams.


    Qualifications:

    Requirements:
    • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce solution and technical architect in a leadership capacity, making enterprise-level decisions related to Salesforce, data, and integration architecture.
    • Experience as a Salesforce technical lead and developer, with expertise in sales, service, experience clouds, and LWC.
    • 8+ years of experience in defining enterprise systems for integrating Salesforce with on-premises and legacy systems.
    • Salesforce Certified Admin, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Architect (Two certifications from this list are required).
    • Strong previous development background in building enterprise integrations using Java, Java EE, Postman, APIs (REST and SOAP), Tibco (or Mulesoft/CastIron).
    • Familiarity and experience with CI/CD tools, frameworks, and methodologies such as Jenkins, Maven, Jira, ServiceNow, GitLab, Bitbucket, Visual Studio Code, Bamboo, etc.
    • Previous experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Startup, SAFe) and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, Business Analysts).
    • Specific knowledge of the automotive software industry and related technologies is a valuable asset.
