    Responsibilities
    • Liaise between product development, reporting, training and business owners to ensure clear communication, understanding of product offerings at all times and ultimate project success through established metrics.
    • Work with the engineering team through the development cycle to ensure features developed meet the desired business objectives.
    • Evaluate every feature request, gather detailed business requirements from customers and work closely with the engineering team to translate requirements into user stories.
    • Understand product interaction within a business process and from a customer experience viewpoint
    • Take ownership in driving new feature development through every stage of the product life cycle and deliver incremental value.
    • Act as product champion and establish effective relationships with key partners




    Requirements
    • Degree in computer information systems or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
    • 6+ years of Product Management/Owner experience or working in close partnership with the engineering team.
    • Salesforce experience is key to this role, and Salesforce certification would be an added bonus
    • Experience with Service Cloud is required
    • Experience with Financial Services Cloud is preferred
    • Experience with supporting Salesforce Enterprise custom objects and community portal.

    Sr. Manager of Business Applications (Salesforce)



    We are seeking an individual comfortable taking on a technical leadership role, wherein they will have the authority to drive projects from concept to final product delivery. This role involves providing hands-on technical expertise while offering guidance and direction to team members.

    Responsibilities:
    • Oversee architecture, detailed design, and development on the Salesforce platform, both in a hands-on capacity and as a subject matter expert.
    • Lead application design and development throughout the entire lifecycle, from inception to production.
    • Define and implement technological architecture and roadmaps using Salesforce.com products and best practices to enhance development agility, performance, and security.
    • Create, configure, code, and architect large-scale Salesforce.com solutions, ensuring successful outcomes in complex environments.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams to grasp current requirements, identify desired process models, and establish solution architecture.
    • Coach and mentor both senior and junior developers and other technical team members. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and security. Lead, facilitate, and offer technical expertise and guidance for the integration of complementary digital solutions.
    • Contribute to architectural project plans to secure approval for detailed plans and required resources.
    • Perform impact analysis on change requests to guide teams toward appropriate solutions with minimal disruption to end users, development, and testing teams.


    Qualifications:

    Requirements:
    • Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce solution and technical architect in a leadership capacity, making enterprise-level decisions related to Salesforce, data, and integration architecture.
    • Experience as a Salesforce leader or manager, with expertise in sales, service, and experience clouds.
    • 6+ years of experience in defining enterprise systems for integrating Salesforce with on-premises and legacy systems.
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator (required), additional certifications is preferred.
    • Familiarity and experience with CI/CD tools, frameworks, and methodologies such as Jenkins, Maven, Jira, ServiceNow, GitLab, Bitbucket, Visual Studio Code, Bamboo, etc.
    • Previous experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Startup, SAFe) and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, Business Analysts).
