    • Ensure solutions follow best practices and are built with long-term maintainability in mind.

    Quality-Driven Delivery

    • Produce well-structured documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
    • Participate in functional testing, UAT support, and release readiness.
    • Uphold the highest level of quality on every deliverable-no shortcuts.

    Project & Stakeholder Support

    • Assist project managers with coordination, tracking, and risk management.
    • Facilitate workshops, demos, and training when required.
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

    Candidate Profile

    Essential

    • 2-5 years of hands-on Salesforce Core experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Platform).
    • Strong functional or techno-functional skillset; fully comfortable configuring the platform without code.
    • Advanced understanding of Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
    • Structured thinker with excellent problem‑solving skills.
    • Dutch & English Fluent
    • Proven ability to deliver polished, high-quality work.
