    Role Overview

    We're seeking a dynamic Salesforce Administrator to join our Operations team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for the build, configuration, and automation of our Salesforce Service Cloud platform, ensuring its effectiveness and efficiency for all users.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Build, develop, test, and deploy new functionalities within the Salesforce platform without compromising existing workflows.
    • Provide business users with effective and efficient configuration options to resolve operational process issues.
    • Analyse, optimise, and automate service processes and workflows within Salesforce to streamline operations and tackle new challenges.
    • Own the resolution or escalation of Salesforce defects, particularly those impacting other platforms.
    • Ensure Salesforce evolves in line with business needs and industry developments.
    • Offer technical training and guidance to Operational and Technical teams, supporting successful adoption of system changes.
    • Participate in continuous training to keep Salesforce knowledge current.


    Personal Specification
    • Proven experience with Salesforce, particularly in customer service and vehicle leasing processes.
    • Proficient in training techniques and best practices for new technology adoption.
    • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and see them through to successful completion.
    • Capable of working to tight deadlines and meeting demanding targets.
    • Strong attention to detail with an excellent customer service ethos.
    • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to build relationships with internal and external customers.
    • Ability to provide effective solutions.
    • Expected to complete Salesforce Administrator certification within the first 6 months of the role.
