Solution Engineer- Salesforce ISV

Mason Frank are proud to partner with an exciting Salesforce ISV in the staffing and recruitment sector, who are seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales and products teams to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Showcase the power of their Salesforce applications through compelling demos and presentation
• Develop and maintain deep product knowledge, staying abreast of the latest Salesforce platform updates
• Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance and ensure successful implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to valuable insights for product enablement

Experience required

• Proven experience as a Solution Engineer in the Salesforce ecosystem
• In-depth understanding of the Salesforce platform, ideally Salesforce certified (Admin and one of the Consultant Certs)
• Excellent presentation and communications skills
• Prior experience in the staffing or recruitment industry a plus

Salary range: £70,000 to £90,000
