Global Senior Systems Manager

Role & Responsibilities

Ownership of relationships with critical support partners and act as primary escalation contact for system issues from third parties, including out-of-hours availability
Ensure the global systems team meet business needs and requirements efficiently and effectively
Monitor, maintain and support a range of business systems for high availability and continue to meet the needs of the business

Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge of functional systems including strong ERP and HRIS experience
Previous management of a small/medium team
Experience acting as the primary escalation contact for third parties for system issues
