Global Senior Systems ManagerRole & Responsibilities- Ownership of relationships with critical support partners and act as primary escalation contact for system issues from third parties, including out-of-hours availability
- Ensure the global systems team meet business needs and requirements efficiently and effectively
- Monitor, maintain and support a range of business systems for high availability and continue to meet the needs of the business
Skills & Qualifications- Knowledge of functional systems including strong ERP and HRIS experience
- Previous management of a small/medium team
- Experience acting as the primary escalation contact for third parties for system issues
