Job Title: Salesforce CRM Developer

Location: Remote (Headquarter: Rhode Island, United States)
Salary: USD 95,000

About Us:
Mason Frank International, a leading IT recruitment agency, is partnering with renowned educational institution, to find a talented Salesforce CRM Developer. This is a remote position, offering an exciting opportunity to work with a prestigious university while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business offices to define comprehensive business requirements for technology solutions.
Oversee the implementation of commercial, open-source, and cloud-based applications within Salesforce and third-party platforms.
Serve as the primary liaison between business owners, internal/external technology solution providers.
Design, enhance, and maintain custom-built applications within Salesforce.
Provide high-level technical and analytical support throughout all phases of the University application software life cycle.
Support the Division of Pre-College and Undergraduate Programs, developing and offering courses and programs for high school students, undergraduates, and visiting students.

Requirements:

Experience working with large scale ERP systems and CRM applications, with direct proficiency in utilizing Salesforce.
Demonstrated experience developing Lightning Components and VisualForce pages.
Experience supporting recruitment, admissions, and enrollment areas in higher education preferred.
Proficiency in Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)/ Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL).
Strong SQL programming skills and experience with relational database management systems.
Salesforce-related Apex coding, or Java equivalent required.
Platform App Builder & Developer I Salesforce Certifications preferred.
Experience with Marketing Cloud is a significant plus.
Knowledge of application integrations, particularly REST & SOAP API capabilities.
Strong analysis skills and ability to work effectively with varying technical knowledge levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

The Senior CRM Developer will play a pivotal role in driving technology solutions across the organization. They will collaborate extensively with business offices to define requirements and oversee the implementation of applications. The role primarily supports the Division of Pre-College and Undergraduate Programs, providing secondary support for other university business units.
