Position: Salesforce Developer

Location: Birmingham, West Midlands, United Kingdom

Salary: £60,000 per annum

Work Model: Office and Remote (Hybrid)

About the Role:
As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and customization of Salesforce solutions to meet the unique needs of our client in the Utilities sector. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency and elevate customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to address specific business requirements.
  
• Developing and maintaining Salesforce applications, integrations, and functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies.
  
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
  
• Performing unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications.
  
• Providing technical expertise and support to internal teams and end users, including training and documentation as needed.
  
• Keeping abreast of Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to continually enhance the organization's Salesforce ecosystem.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security principles.
  
• Experience with Salesforce integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, etc.).
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  

• Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Other Details:

• Permanent / Full-time strongly preferable (flexibility can be considered for exceptional candidates).
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
