    We are hiring for:

    As our Salesforce lead, you'll be the in‑house specialist, the person people turn to for insight, innovation, and solutions. You'll refine how we work, build intelligent automations, and use Salesforce technologies to make our teams more connected and efficient. It's an excellent opportunity for someone proactive and technically confident.

    This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and will operate with a high degree of independence and accountability. The Salesforce Administrator will have no direct reports but will work collaboratively across departments to support and influence how Salesforce is used throughout the business.

    This is a hybrid role and will typically be based in Greater Manchester. However, it may occasionally require travel to other locations as necessary to fulfil the duties and responsibilities of the position.

    Key responsibilities
    • Take ownership of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, ensuring it runs efficiently and continues to evolve in line with business needs.
    • Design, refine, and enhance automations, flows, and process functionality to improve efficiency and user experience.
    • Shape and deliver the Salesforce roadmap, driving ongoing improvements and innovation across the system.
    • Oversee integrations with external tools and third‑party applications to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow.
    • Safeguard the quality, accuracy, and security of business data within Salesforce.
    • Act as the Salesforce advocate, supporting users, gathering feedback, and delivering training to help teams get the most from the platform.
    • Introduce and implement new capabilities and solutions that contribute to better business performance.
    • Research, test, and guide the rollout of emerging Salesforce technologies, including Agentforce, Data Cloud and Shield.
    • Partner closely with teams across Sales, Operations, Technical and Leadership to ensure Salesforce aligns with company goals and supports strategic growth.
    • To always dress and act in a professional manner.
    • Represent the company professionally in all interactions, leading by example and adhering to safe working practices.
    • Participate constructively in the Annual Staff Review process and undertake any other reasonable tasks as required.


    Experience and Knowledge Requirements
    • Need to be eligible for security clearance in the UK.
    • Confident working independently to manage and develop a Salesforce environment, from everyday admin tasks to more advanced configuration.
    • Proactive and self‑motivated, with the ability to take ownership of Salesforce strategy, innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related tools, with proven experience delivering system enhancements, process improvement and automation.
    • Skilled in building and optimising Flows, automations, dashboards and reports to drive efficiency, insight and productivity.
    • Clear and confident communicator, capable of translating complex business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.
    • Solid background as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally gained over three or more years in a similar role.
    • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification preferable.

    Role Overview



    We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator who can manage day‑to‑day platform operations, support business users, and ensure a secure, scalable environment.     Key Responsibilities

    User & Security Management

    • Administer user accounts, permissions, roles, access settings, SSO, and licensing.
    • Apply industry‑aligned security principles, including least‑privilege access and structured governance.

    Configuration & Automation

    • Build and maintain declarative solutions using Flow, validation rules, approval processes, layouts, Lightning configuration, and foundational Experience Cloud setup.
    • Favor low‑code and no‑code solutions to support scalable system design.

    Data Quality & Maintenance

    • Ensure high‑quality, accurate data across all Salesforce objects.
    • Execute data imports/exports, cleanup efforts, and deduplication.
    • Prepare data sets using Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and load them via Data Loader or similar tools.

    Business Support & Analysis

    • Review and clarify incoming requests and serve as the initial point of troubleshooting for functional issues.
    • Reproduce and categorize potential defects, escalate as needed, and keep stakeholders informed.
    • Write simple user stories and acceptance criteria, manage ticket queues, support UAT, and maintain clear documentation.

    Release & Change Enablement

    • Bundle and validate admin updates, assist in testing cycles, and run smoke checks.

    • Experience with deployment tools like Copado, Git, or Azure DevOps is advantageous.

    Training, Reporting & Adoption

    • Create brief user guides and in‑app prompts that support system adoption.

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) in an active, mid‑size production environment.
    • Strong expertise in Flow and the Salesforce security model, including Experience Cloud management.
    • Skilled in data loading, cleanup, and transformation, with solid Excel proficiency.
    • Strong communication abilities and comfort working with both business and technical partners.
    • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain organized documentation.
    • Salesforce Administrator (ADM‑201) certification.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Advanced certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM‑211), Platform App Builder, or relevant Consultant certifications.
