    Are you an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Developer with a passion for HealthTec? Join our dynamic team and contribute to the innovative solutions in the rapidly evolving health technology sector. Mason Frank International is working on behalf of our esteemed client, a leading End User in HealthTec, headquartered in Maryland, United States. This role is hybrid with 2 days on site per week.

    Responsibilities:

    As a Salesforce Administrator/Developer, you will play a pivotal role in translating functional requirements and designs into technical specifications. Your responsibilities will include:

    Apex Code Development: Design and develop high-quality, reusable, and reliable Apex code, adhering to best practices and ensuring optimal performance.

    Project Management: Exercise independent judgment and discretion in overall project management and day-to-day activities, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

    Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Development, Project Management, and Production Support, showcasing proven analytical and interpersonal skills to ensure the highest level of quality for software releases.

    Build Deployment: Create build deployment plans based on infrastructure and integration requirements, contributing to seamless implementation.

    Testing and Quality Assurance: Write comprehensive test classes for developed code, ensuring sufficient code coverage. Identify and address bugs during debugging phases.

    Stakeholder Communication: Effectively brief plans to all stakeholders and ensure successful execution, fostering transparent and collaborative communication.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    Proven experience translating functional requirements into technical specifications.
    Expertise in designing and developing Apex code with a focus on quality and reusability.
    Strong analytical and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams.

    Experience in creating build deployment plans based on infrastructure and integration requirements.
    Proficiency in writing test classes to ensure thorough code coverage.
    Ability to identify and address bugs during the debugging process.
    Excellent communication skills with the capability to brief plans to stakeholders.

    Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

    Qualifications:
    • 4+ years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification is required)
    • Proficiency with HTML/CSS; ability to create and code using furnished content and assets
    • Knowledgeable of B2C marketing automation and operations best practices
    • Strong spreadsheet (i.e., Excel) and analytical skills

    Responsibilities:

    The successful candidate for this role will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Product organizations to drive efficient and accurate email campaign execution using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Key responsibilities include:
    • Monitor Automation Studio, Journey Builder, email timing, and metrics
    • Continuously provide recommendations to drive highly targeted emails to the appropriate audiences
    • Design and implement technical solutions to support company email strategies, driving automation wherever possible
    • Set up and execute email campaigns, nurture programs, and ad hoc sends to team members
    • Manage the administration and configuration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    • Optimize email campaigns and ad hoc communications using A/B testing, analysis, and other tools
    • Monitor and problem solve issues in the database, including daily automated data syncs, ad-hoc imports, and data extensions
    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create and deliver highly targeted marketing campaigns, emails, nurture/reactivation programs, and customer success communications
    • Ensure email and nurture programs (Journey Builder) adhere to industry best practices, deliverability, personalization, mobile rendering, etc.
    • Report on results and provide insights and data-driven recommendations to the Product organization
    • Maintain and organize lists and assets within Salesforce Marketing Cloud for easy customization and use in email campaigns
    • Enhance, optimize, and document marketing automation processes to effectively scale execution, reporting, and testing practices
    • Maximize inbox deliverability with Everest and make recommendations based on results
