    About the Role



    My customer is a fast-growing SaaS company headquartered in central Stockholm, and they are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator & Analyst to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and wants to make a tangible impact across sales, marketing, and operations.

    You'll play a key role in managing and optimising the Salesforce platform, supporting multiple teams, ensuring data quality, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.

    Key Responsibilities



    • Salesforce Administration:
      Maintain and configure Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud), including user setup, profiles, roles, workflows, and automations.


    • Data Management & Reporting:
      Ensure data integrity, conduct regular audits, and generate dashboards and reports to support business functions.


    • Process Improvement:
      Work cross-functionally to identify inefficiencies and design system/process improvements in Salesforce.


    • User Support & Training:
      Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and lead internal training sessions.


    • Analytics & Insights:
      Perform data analysis to support sales, marketing, and customer success teams in achieving KPIs and business goals.


    • Collaboration:
      Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, manage system enhancements, and support new initiatives and integrations.


    Requirements


    • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Analyst within a SaaS or tech company.


    • Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly desirable.


    • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud (experience with other modules or third-party tools is a bonus).


    • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.


    • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.


    • Strong communication skills in English (Swedish is a bonus).

    Eligibility Criteria



    • You must have full rights to work in Sweden.


    • You must live within commuting distance to our central Stockholm office.
      (This is a hybrid role with regular office presence required.)
