    My customer is a leading technology consulting firm delivering multi-cloud and quote-to-cash transformation projects for clients in high-tech, manufacturing, financial services, retail, and healthcare. They're currently seeking a Senior MuleSoft Consultant (Contract) to take on an exciting new project.


    Position Summary



    My customer is seeking a Senior MuleSoft Consultant (Contract) with at least five (5) years of hands-on experience implementing MuleSoft solutions and designing integration architectures.

    This role combines both development and architecture responsibilities, focusing on designing modern API-led integration patterns and building robust solutions using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform. The engagement is remote with occasional onsite collaboration and involves close work with stakeholders, integration teams, and other cloud specialists (including Salesforce).

    Key Responsibilities



    Integration Strategy & Architecture


    • Analyze client systems and identify integration opportunities.


    • Define integration patterns, security models, and data governance standards.


    • Create scalable architecture designs that ensure performance and reliability.


    Solution Design & Development


    • Build and configure integration flows using Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, API Manager, and Runtime Manager.


    • Develop REST/SOAP APIs, transformations, and error-handling logic.


    • Implement reusable components and connectors to integrate Salesforce and other systems.


    API Management


    • Design and manage APIs, applying access control, rate limiting, and security policies.


    • Configure monitoring and logging to ensure operational stability.


    Testing & Quality Assurance


    • Create and execute unit, integration, and performance tests.


    • Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deploy fixes.


    Collaboration & Leadership


    • Partner with business analysts, Salesforce consultants, and data teams to define technical solutions.


    • Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in code quality and architecture.


    • Support deployment and provide post-implementation optimization.

    Required Qualifications



    • Experience: Minimum 5 years delivering MuleSoft integrations. Proven success in enterprise-grade integration design and implementation.


    • Technical Skills: Strong expertise in the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API-led architecture, REST/SOAP, JMS, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).


    • Design & Architecture: Skilled at creating scalable integration strategies and documentation. Familiar with OAuth, JWT, SSL, and data governance best practices.


    • Cross-Platform Integration: Experience connecting MuleSoft with Salesforce, ERP, or other enterprise systems.


    • Communication & Leadership: Excellent stakeholder communication and mentoring experience.


    • Certification: MuleSoft developer/architect certifications (MCD-Level 1/2, MCPA) preferred; Salesforce certifications a plus.

    Preferred Qualifications



    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).


    • Familiarity with DevOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and automated testing frameworks.


    • Knowledge of AI/analytics integrations or low-code/no-code automation tools.

    We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to optimize system integrations, improve data flow, reduce manual processes, and enhance the functionality of critical systems across the organization. This role is integral to streamlining operations, optimizing performance, and ensuring systems meet evolving business needs.

    This position involves administration, maintenance, and optimization of multiple platforms, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, and time-tracking/project management systems. Experience supporting complex Salesforce orgs, integrating multiple systems, and managing data mapping and migrations is highly desirable. Background in staffing, recruiting, or professional services is preferred, with an understanding of CRM data supporting client, candidate, and placement workflows.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Administer and maintain Salesforce, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.


    • Lead integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications (e.g., ATS, HRIS, accounting, or marketing systems).


    • Manage data imports, exports, and migrations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.


    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align systems with business objectives and optimize workflows.


    • Utilize sandbox environments to design, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.


    • Manage user access, Single Sign-On (SSO), and data privacy settings across systems.


    • Analyze systems and recommend improvements to enhance functionality, scalability, and efficiency.


    • Oversee integrations, including discovery, recommendations, implementation, and user adoption.


    • Provide technical support to internal and external system users.


    • Monitor and maintain system performance, upgrades, backups, and Salesforce release updates.

    • Configure and maintain roles, profiles, permissions, and groups across platforms.


    • Collaborate with security leadership to develop and enforce data retention, security, and privacy policies.



    Technical Environment & Preferred Systems:


    • Primary Systems: Salesforce (Lightning/LEX, Mobile, Platform Applications), HubSpot


    • Preferred Experience: ATS platforms, Ticketing Systems (ServiceNow or equivalent), time-tracking/project management tools, data backup/recovery tools, analytics/reporting platforms, and Microsoft/Azure ecosystem.



    Qualifications & Skills:


    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.


    • 3+ years in systems administration or a similar technical role.


    • Proven experience administering complex technical systems.


    • Expertise in Salesforce required; ServiceNow, project/time management platforms, or similar preferred.


    • Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation tools, formulas, flows, and integrations.


    • Experience with API-based integrations and data migration tools.


    • Familiarity with large-scale data environments and high-volume operations, preferably in staffing, recruiting, or professional services.


    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.


    • Experience implementing system security and privacy best practices.


    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support end-users effectively.
