You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and configure scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency and growth.

    Key Responsibilities:



    • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on CPQ and Field Service Lightning.


    • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.


    • Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and validation rules.


    • Provide end-to-end solution architecture and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.


    • Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality implementations.


    • Lead data migration, integration strategies, and system testing.


    • Provide expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities and align them with business goals.

    Required Skills & Experience:



    • Salesforce CPQ Certified or demonstrated expertise in CPQ implementations.


    • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).


    • Solid experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.


    • Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver within tight timelines.


    • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and standard/custom object modeling.


    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:



    • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, Field Service Lightning Consultant).


    • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL.


    • Previous consulting experience or background in client-facing roles.

    Responsibilities:


    • Own the end-to-end Salesforce release process, including planning, scheduling, deployment, validation, and rollback.


    • Coordinate across admin, development, QA, and business teams to ensure successful and timely releases.
