    Role Overview



    We are seeking a Marketing Strategist to lead and evolve our digital marketing efforts across SEO, Online Reputation Management (ORM), and marketing automation, with Salesforce CRM serving as the core platform.

    This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on marketer who performs well in structured, enterprise environments while maintaining an ownership mindset. You will identify opportunities, modernize processes, and drive performance while ensuring alignment with regulatory, brand, and operational requirements.

    You will be responsible for setting strategy, managing execution, and leading internal resources and external partners to deliver measurable, sustainable results.

    Key Responsibilities



    Strategy & Leadership



    • Own the strategic roadmap for SEO, ORM, and marketing automation initiatives


    • Identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability


    • Translate business goals into clear priorities, KPIs, and execution plans


    • Lead, mentor, and manage internal team members and external partners


    SEO Strategy



    • Develop and oversee enterprise-level SEO strategy, including technical, on-page, off-page, and content initiatives


    • Conduct keyword and competitive research aligned with borrower intent


    • Improve organic visibility through site optimization, content strategy, and governance


    • Monitor search algorithm changes and industry trends; recommend data-driven optimizations


    • Own SEO reporting, insights, and continuous improvement


    Online Reputation Management (ORM)



    • Lead ORM strategy to protect and strengthen brand credibility at scale


    • Establish structured monitoring, response, and review-generation processes


    • Ensure ORM initiatives align with compliance, governance, and brand standards

    Marketing Automation & Salesforce CRM



    • Serve as the marketing owner of marketing automation platforms and processes


    • Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and lifecycle visibility within Salesforce


    • Design, build, and optimize automation workflows integrated with CRM


    • Evaluate, select, and manage marketing automation tools as business needs evolve


    • Create scalable frameworks for segmentation, nurturing, and performance tracking


    Mortgage Industry & Compliance



    • Apply working knowledge of mortgage products, borrower journeys, and regulations

    Required Qualifications

    Role Overview



    We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator who can manage day‑to‑day platform operations, support business users, and ensure a secure, scalable environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling a diverse workload and maintaining high standards of quality and documentation.     Key Responsibilities

    User & Security Management

    • Administer user accounts, permissions, roles, access settings, SSO, and licensing.
    • Apply industry‑aligned security principles, including least‑privilege access and structured governance.

    Configuration & Automation

    • Build and maintain declarative solutions using Flow, validation rules, approval processes, layouts, Lightning configuration, and foundational Experience Cloud setup.
    • Favor low‑code and no‑code solutions to support scalable system design.

    Data Quality & Maintenance

    • Ensure high‑quality, accurate data across all Salesforce objects.
    • Execute data imports/exports, cleanup efforts, and deduplication.
    • Prepare data sets using Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and load them via Data Loader or similar tools.

    Business Support & Analysis

    • Review and clarify incoming requests and serve as the initial point of troubleshooting for functional issues.
    • Reproduce and categorize potential defects, escalate as needed, and keep stakeholders informed.
    • Write simple user stories and acceptance criteria, manage ticket queues, support UAT, and maintain clear documentation.

    Release & Change Enablement

    • Bundle and validate admin updates, assist in testing cycles, and run smoke checks.
    • Produce succinct release notes.
    • Experience with deployment tools like Copado, Git, or Azure DevOps is advantageous.

    Training, Reporting & Adoption

    • Create brief user guides and in‑app prompts that support system adoption.
    • Build core dashboards and reports, and help drive consistent KPI usage across teams.

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) in an active, mid‑size production environment.
    • Strong expertise in Flow and the Salesforce security model, including Experience Cloud management.
    • Skilled in data loading, cleanup, and transformation, with solid Excel proficiency.
    • Strong communication abilities and comfort working with both business and technical partners.
    • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain organized documentation.
    • Salesforce Administrator (ADM‑201) certification.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Advanced certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM‑211), Platform App Builder, or relevant Consultant certifications.
