    Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite 2-3 days per week)

    Role Overview



    We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator who can manage day‑to‑day platform operations, support business users, and ensure a secure, scalable environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling a diverse workload and maintaining high standards of quality and documentation. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on evolving business needs, and reasonable accommodations will be provided when required.

    Key Responsibilities

    User & Security Management

    • Administer user accounts, permissions, roles, access settings, SSO, and licensing.
    • Apply industry‑aligned security principles, including least‑privilege access and structured governance.

    Configuration & Automation

    • Build and maintain declarative solutions using Flow, validation rules, approval processes, layouts, Lightning configuration, and foundational Experience Cloud setup.
    • Favor low‑code and no‑code solutions to support scalable system design.

    Data Quality & Maintenance

    • Ensure high‑quality, accurate data across all Salesforce objects.
    • Execute data imports/exports, cleanup efforts, and deduplication.
    • Prepare data sets using Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and load them via Data Loader or similar tools.

    Business Support & Analysis

    • Review and clarify incoming requests and serve as the initial point of troubleshooting for functional issues.
    • Reproduce and categorize potential defects, escalate as needed, and keep stakeholders informed.
    • Write simple user stories and acceptance criteria, manage ticket queues, support UAT, and maintain clear documentation.

    Release & Change Enablement

    • Bundle and validate admin updates, assist in testing cycles, and run smoke checks.
    • Produce succinct release notes.
    • Experience with deployment tools like Copado, Git, or Azure DevOps is advantageous.

    Training, Reporting & Adoption

    • Create brief user guides and in‑app prompts that support system adoption.
    • Build core dashboards and reports, and help drive consistent KPI usage across teams.

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) in an active, mid‑size production environment.
    • Strong expertise in Flow and the Salesforce security model, including Experience Cloud management.
    • Skilled in data loading, cleanup, and transformation, with solid Excel proficiency.
    • Strong communication abilities and comfort working with both business and technical partners.
    • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain organized documentation.
    • Salesforce Administrator (ADM‑201) certification.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Advanced certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM‑211), Platform App Builder, or relevant Consultant certifications.
    • Agile team experience, including participation in sprint ceremonies and work tracking (Azure DevOps preferred).
    • Exposure to CI/CD practices, automated testing, and tools like Copado or Git.
    • Familiarity with additional Salesforce technologies such as Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, B2B Commerce, or telephony/CTI integrations.
    • Basic understanding of SOQL and high‑level Apex troubleshooting concepts.

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent professional experience.

    Mason Frank are proud to partner with an award winning Salesforce boutique partner, who are looking to recruit in to their Revenue Cloud practice.

    In this role you'll lead end-to-end Revenue Cloud implementations, moving beyond simple configuration into complex architecture and solution design. This is a role for a consultant who understands the why behind the build, not just a ticket-shifter.

    Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:


    • Leading discovery sessions to unpick complex pricing models and business requirements.


    • Designing and configuring end-to-end CPQ solutions, including nested bundles, pricing rules, and advanced approvals.


    • Mapping out Quote-to-Cash processes and ensuring seamless revenue recognition.


    • Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, challenging requirements that lead to technical debt.


    • Managing the full project lifecycle from initial design through to successful go-live.


    • Helping to shape the internal Revenue Cloud practice and mentoring junior team members.


    We are looking for someone with at least 2-3 end-to-end CPQ/Billing implementations under their belt. A solid understanding of how Revenue Cloud impacts the General Ledger is essential, ideally backed by a CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Consultant certification.
