    The Day To Day



    In this role, you will own and lead the architecture, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Another big part of this role would be to provide technical leadership for the integration of Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and integration to other systems (CRM, analytics, data management), ensuring seamless data flow across platforms. As well as this, you will spend time working with clients to help them with project road mapping as well as taking on other more functional responsibilities.



    The Key Skills
    • Proven experience in working on the delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud projects
    • Strong technical knowledge of Marketing Cloud modules (e.g., Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio) and Data Cloud capabilities (e.g., data unification, identity resolution, segmentation), with direct experience in Data Cloud
    • Hands-on experience with integrations between Salesforce platforms (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud) and external systems (eCommerce, CRM, analytics).
    • Experience with automation tools, APIs, and scripting languages (e.g., AMPscript, SQL, JavaScript).

    Overview



    Seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Product Owner to lead the ongoing development, optimisation and governance of our Salesforce ecosystem. This is a hands-on, technically focused role responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap and delivery across Sales Cloud, CPQ, Pardot and multiple integrated technologies. You will manage a dedicated team of five Salesforce professionals and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure our Salesforce platform continues to scale with the needs of the business.

    Key Responsibilities



    • Own and evolve the Salesforce product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term strategic objectives.


    • Lead, mentor and develop a team of five Salesforce specialists (Admins, Developers, Analysts).


    • Gather, refine and prioritise requirements from cross-functional senior stakeholders.


    • Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions using Salesforce best practices.


    • Oversee the design and implementation of Salesforce automations, workflows, flows, validation rules and integrations.

    Summary

    The organisation that I am working with is a leading provider of consulting services. They're keen on introducing an analytically minded and detail orientated expert to support their digital marketing team. A big part of this role would be to report on ROI on marketing campaigns across channels as well as leveraging data from their website.



    The day to day:

    A key part of this role would be to collect and consolidate data from web analytics, Pardot marketing automation, and Salesforce CRM to form extensive performance data sets. The day to day would also include ROI reporting for marketing campaign KPIs etc. Focusing on metrics that reflect impact such as lead gen, conversion rates, revenue attribution, and cost per customer acquisition.



    Key Skills:
    • Previous experience in a data analytics-focused role, with an emphasis on digital marketing analytics.
    • Experience with Salesforce Analytics, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools such as PowerBI or Tableau is advantageous but not essential.
    • Exceptional data analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    • Strong communication skills, able to present data and insights in a clear, concise manner.
